Work closely with our research and creative teams to bring findings to life in a way that best provides leverage for differentiation, impact and creativity.
Work with the broader creative, strategy and insights team to define measurement frameworks and track strategic performance.
Guide the evolution of our strategic offer in partnership with the Strategy & Innovation team—pushing forward-thinking use of music, sound, and voice.
Provide senior support on marquee clients, ensuring strategy is aligned, valued, and embedded in every engagement.
Translate research, insight, and brand analysis into clear and inspiring creative briefings.
Act as a strategic sparring partner to creative teams—participating in reviews, refining concepts, and championing alignment with strategic intent.
Ensure strategic integrity across all stages of the creative process—from early ideation through to final execution and client delivery.
Provide business content and brand strategy input in new business efforts—supporting the Partnerships team in shaping pitch narratives and positioning MassiveMusic’s value.
Oversee the creation of pitch decks, frameworks, and case studies that position strategy as a driver of creative and commercial success.
Represent the Strategy team internally and externally as a senior voice of authority and influence.
Contribute to industry conversations through panels, keynotes, editorial content, and events—amplifying MassiveMusic’s thought leadership position.
Actively explore new cultural trends, creative disciplines, and external partnerships that can enhance and expand our strategic services.
Help design and deliver internal learning sessions and strategic rituals—building capability and alignment across regional teams.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, or creative strategy within agency or brand environments.
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic thinking applied to music, branding, or culturally relevant creative.
Deep understanding of brand architecture, audience segmentation, and multichannel brand expression.
Proven success translating complex research and insights into compelling narratives and creative frameworks.
Confident communicator and facilitator, able to engage clients, lead workshops, and align cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with sonic branding, audio innovation, and music-driven marketing is a strong advantage.
