Enter invoices and CTRC records, issue invoices (repairs, samples, returns, others) — all via the JDE system.
Manage repair process using Excel.
Provide service to internal factory customers and external service providers.
Organize and file all departmental documents.
Enter invoices, verifying and analyzing the applicable taxes.
Issue outgoing invoices, control returns, monitor repair turnaround times, and track related processes.
Actively participate in the purchasing and consumption closing for chemicals and packaging for the plants.
Generate purchase requisition orders related to stock replenishment.
Conduct stock inventories.
Control and manage the toolroom/tooling.
Requirements
Completed high school education
Warehouse experience preferred
Currently enrolled in higher education preferred
