Support for the project manager and various project teams in ongoing IT projects
Carry out organizational and coordination tasks within project management
Prepare, record minutes for, and follow up on project meetings, workshops and alignment sessions
Maintain and update project plans, status reports and project documentation
Assist in preparing presentations, analyses and decision documents for project management
Help structure and document project processes and track tasks and milestones
Collaborate with various business units and IT teams and support communication within the project

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable program with an IT focus
Interest in IT projects, project management and digital processes
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ideally first experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)
Initial practical experience in a project environment or PMO is an advantage but not required
Basic knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN or similar methods) is desirable
Structured, careful and independent working style
Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different teams
Very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage
