Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws, conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
Drive talent management initiatives including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.
Strong experience in organizational change management and guiding leadership through HR implications.
Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans.
Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with a focus on compliance.
Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
