Supporting testing and refinement of email campaigns in a UAT/test environment
Building and iterating segments, journeys and triggered communications
Designing and developing responsive email templates (HTML/CSS)
Supporting initial campaign rollout and warm-up activity
Managing campaign execution as capability moves toward business-as-usual
Providing advice and guidance to the client
Working closely with Ceox and client stakeholders across delivery and testing phases

Strong background in email marketing campaign management
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
Solid HTML/CSS email build skills
Experience delivering campaigns in structured or regulated environments
Strong stakeholder communication skills, particularly within public sector settings
