About this role

Own curriculum design and development for Memberships—creating the learning pathways and assets members use to execute.
Design, author, and refine curriculum modules, templates, and supporting resources.
Ensure the curriculum is easy to navigate and implement.
Maintain production cadence and quality standards.
Run feedback loops: audit content, incorporate coaching insights, iterate quickly.

Proven ability to design curriculum that drives real-world outcomes (adult learning / behavior change).
Strong writing and content development skills.
High standards for clarity, structure, and usability.
Comfort owning projects end-to-end and iterating based on feedback.
Collaborative working style with strong internal communication.
Experience with membership products, cohort programs, or coaching-enabled learning (nice-to-have).
Comfort with video scripts/storyboarding, template systems, or resource libraries (nice-to-have).
Familiarity with professional services education (legal a bonus, not required).
