About this role
Role Overview
- Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails for an art district
- Introduce Cultural District facilities
- No sales is required
- Perform shift duties within 09:00 – 21:00 including weekends and public holidays
- 5-day work per week
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE Graduate or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
