Serving as an active core team member in New Product Development (NPD) projects
Leading the planning and execution of procurement activities throughout the NPD lifecycle—from pre-study to implementation—ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget
Providing procurement status updates at each gate review stage of NPD projects
Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement across all project phases
Monitoring project and program performance, and delivering regular status reports to Management and the Project Office
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating procurement-related risks throughout the project lifecycle
Contributing to the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, tools, and processes
Guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve procurement-related project goals
Ensuring procurement deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
Managing project and program budgets with a focus on financial control and value creation
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in procurement and project management practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields
Good knowledge of Business and Procurement processes in global environment
5-10+ years of Procurement experience in a corporate setting
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
Strong knowledge of project management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluent in English
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
Experience from leading projects in international organization
