When it comes to service-relevant data in SAP, you are our go-to person: analyze, maintain and optimize.
You keep our service master data (e.g., device, material and contract data, as well as pricing and tax tables) up to date in SAP S/4 & Microsoft CRM.
Support tickets from local subsidiaries? You identify the root cause and resolve them through clever data adjustments.
In the agile product team you contribute in international co-creation sessions.
During rollouts you work closely with local key users: Which data do we need? How do we migrate it?

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g., industrial clerk, IT clerk or equivalent
Relevant professional experience in handling and maintaining data and large datasets, ideally international
Very good SAP knowledge (SAP CS or comparable)
You master Excel in your sleep (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.)
Nice-to-have: first exposure to Power BI—or willingness to learn it with us
Fluent English (spoken & written) for international collaboration
