Analyze the current product development and launch workflow across markets to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and cross-team handoff delays. Develop a clear, scalable roadmap management framework supported by practical templates, documentation, and operating guidelines to improve coordination between product, operations, and country teams.
Analyze category, country, product, and consumer datasets to inform product development and launch decisions. Assist with on-ground research activities including competitor benchmarking, product testing, and consumer testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the product portfolio and market positioning.
Build and maintain dashboards that monitor product portfolio performance using key metrics (e.g., retention rate, NPS, and launch performance). Act as the liaison between the product team and regional BI team to develop product-level data dashboards, track launch progress across markets, proactively flag risks or delays, and produce concise product “health check” updates for leadership.
Design and implement a centralized, structured repository (e.g., Confluence or OneDrive) that consolidates product specifications, pricing, claims, and documentation, ensuring teams across the region have easy access to accurate and up-to-date product information.
