Design and implement new business models and integrated solutions utilizing MHIA DCEM and third-party offerings.
Drive innovation in offerings to meet evolving customer requirements and market dynamics.
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Provide strategic leadership guidance and direction to ensure organizational goals are met and measurable results delivered.
Establish clear objectives and performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of account executives, managers, and individual contributors.
Own and close enterprise deals with leading data centers, developers, owners, operators, and technology companies in North America.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations roles within the Electrical and Power Industry, preferably in Data Centers.
Experience engaging customers at all management, technical, and operational levels, building confidence to present company portfolio and solutions.
Experience working in a multicultural environment across different regions.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
