Talent Acquisition Operations Partner

Role Overview

• Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow
• Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders such as Payroll, HRBP, Legal, Security, and Fleet to streamline processes
• Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system
• Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence
• Participate in testing activities within Workday
• Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals
• Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Preferably exposed to Workday and Service Now
• Resilient, with the ability to work independently to resolve problems
• Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedule / night shift
• Spanish Speaking (preferred)
