Role Overview
Responsible for organizing and leading the entire shared-apartment (WG) team, providing clear structures and fostering a respectful working environment.
Duty roster management with oversight: you are responsible for the WG duty schedule and ensure smooth operations in daily care.
Maintain active contact with providers, cooperation partners and physicians, ensuring professional collaboration on an equal footing.
Organize and lead regular team meetings, create space for professional exchange and promote the team’s ongoing development.
Act as a link between the head of nursing and the team, ensuring reliable and transparent information flow.
Work closely with senior management and actively contribute your ideas.
Central point of contact for all team matters: you listen to staff concerns and approach your team with empathy, social skills and appreciation.
Requirements
Completed training as a registered nurse (e.g., Gesundheits
und Krankenpfleger / Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester / Altenpfleger) or as a specialist nurse for anesthesia and intensive care
Experience in out-of-hospital (home) intensive care — you are familiar with its specific requirements and handle them confidently
Completed basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation
Initial leadership experience is desirable — more important than titles are your motivation, sense of responsibility and team spirit
Commitment, reliability and willingness to take responsibility complete your profile
