Registered Nurse – Marketing and Clinical Outreach Specialist

Role Overview

• Conduct in-home client assessments
• Develop and review care plans
• Coordinate with caregivers and families
• Ensure compliance with state and agency regulations
• Make outbound calls to referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, physician offices)
• Set up and attend appointments with potential referral partners
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Represent the agency at networking events
• Manage agency social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and post engaging content
• Respond to online inquiries and leads
• Assist with online reputation management and community engagement

Requirements

• Active RN license (Virginia)
• Home care or case management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making calls and scheduling appointments
• Experience with social media platforms and basic online marketing
• Organized, self-motivated, and professional
