We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead our digital initiatives with expertise and commitment.
You will not be doing the development yourself — you will steer, structure, and facilitate.
You will work closely with business units, oversee the implementation of robust software solutions, and support the continuous, sustainable optimization of our processes.
You independently plan, manage, and deliver complex digitalization and software rollout projects, always aligned with our strategic objectives.
You coordinate resource allocation across business units, IT, and external service providers.
You identify and assess project risks early (scope, acceptance, interfaces, schedule), initiate appropriate measures, and conduct regular reviews to ensure smooth project execution.
You ensure transparent information flow and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders up to management/steering level so that all parties remain aligned.
You facilitate workshops, structure requirements, and support practical implementation — including communication, enablement, and sustainable embedding of new processes.
Requirements
You have a completed university degree in industrial engineering, (business) informatics/computer science, business administration, or a comparable field with a focus on project management and technical relevance.
With at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, you understand the challenges of large IT projects and bring solid expertise and a structured way of working.
You have strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
Your pronounced analytical mindset and reliable risk management allow you to steer projects effectively.
You are proficient with modern project management and reporting tools and are comfortable operating in a heterogeneous application landscape.
