Role Overview
- Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
- Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
- Handle a wide range of bookings from simple to complex
- Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before the travel
- Benefit from comprehensive training by experienced colleagues
Requirements
- 2 or more years’ experience working as a Travel Consultant
- Advanced knowledge of Amadeus
- A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English
- Strong team working skills
- Willingness to learn and grow!
