Role Overview
- Gather and analyse business requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Investigate improvement areas and propose best practice solutions
- Work closely with the Product Owner on requirement clarification and prioritisation
- Collaborate daily with development and QA teams to support delivery
- Communicate with third‑party providers and internal Playtech teams to ensure smooth integrations
Requirements
- Bring 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a development‑related environment
- Have experience with mobile and web projects, including CMS‑related work
- Communicate confidently in English (upper‑intermediate+) and Ukrainian
- Possess strong technical skills in Atlassian tools, SDLC knowledge and Figma (user‑level)
- Additionally, bring solid experience in creating and maintaining documentation: User Stories, Use Cases, Requirements and UML diagrams
- Are proactive, self‑organised, and capable of working independently
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and focus on team achievements
