Provide quality property, auto, and liability (PAL) claims consulting services to MMA Michigan clients.
Obtain claim status updates from carrier partners.
Provide suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to assist with claim resolutions.
Develop claims management strategies with clients and document activity.
Help clients reduce the cost of claims and provide necessary information for the best claims management approach.
Train and act as an educational resource for clients.

3-7 years of PAL claims experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service-related skills.
Proficiency in MS office applications required.
AIC, ARM, CIC or CRM, equivalent preferred.
