Revenue and Sales Operations Project Manager

Role Overview

• Support core growth initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Develop project charters and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets
• Facilitate communication across sales, revenue operations, and other departments
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Support change management efforts for new processes and tools
• Document project requirements and achievements for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike)
