Lead, manage and develop the store's commercial performance.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Lead the sales team on a daily basis (briefings, debriefings, individual coaching).
Support designer-sales consultants in mastering the sales process and achieving their targets.
Develop less experienced team members through regular, structured follow-up and training.
Ensure correct application of AvivA sales methods.
Define and monitor the store's commercial objectives.
Analyze performance indicators (revenue, conversion rate, average basket, margin…).
Implement action plans to improve results.
Contribute directly to commercial performance by taking ownership of selected client projects.
Requirements
Strong commercial skills and mastery of sales techniques.
Business-minded and enjoys actively contributing to the performance of a profit center.
Puts customer satisfaction at the heart of their actions and makes it a priority.

Has a good sense for space planning and interior fit-out products.
Driven by performance and thrives on challenge.
Has at least 2 years' commercial experience, ideally in a sector where sales and customer relations are essential (kitchens, furniture, home, specialist retail…).
Previous experience in sales team leadership or management is a plus.
