Role Overview
- Act as the key service points of contact for Commercial Card’s external and internal customers
- Support proactive and reactive client engagement
- Participate in third party partner meetings regarding client issues
- Ensure compliance with risk guidelines and policies
Requirements
- 4
- 6 years of experience in commercial card, transaction banking, or customer support
- TSYS (TS2) experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
