As a Junior Content Administrator, you’ll support specific teams within Canva’s Creative and Marketing Group by keeping assets organised, accurately tagged, and easy to find.
You’ll work closely with Producers and Project Managers to maintain metadata accuracy, enforce file naming standards, and support smooth project setup, delivery, archiving, and paid media trafficking.
Partner with Producers and Project Managers to ensure file naming conventions, metadata standards, project archiving, content migration, and asset restoration support content workflows at scale.
Support end-to-end UGC workflows from intake through dispatch, ensuring assets move quickly and accurately from production to go-live.
Upload and traffic high-volumes of ads across Canva’s ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram) with accuracy, aligning with Channel Managers to meet tight turnaround timelines.
Maintain clear records of ad go-live status, launch dates, and platform details, ensuring Channel Managers have accurate visibility.
Flag ad rejections, missing assets, or readiness risks early to avoid launch delays.
Set up and manage project files – Project file setup by creating folder structures, entering metadata, and tracking assets across Iconik, Cloudinary, LucidLink, and Google Sheets.
Identify small workflow improvements – Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to organise content.
Learn and apply best practices – Build skills in MAM (Media Asset Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) to support creative workflows.
Support global teams by building and editing landing pages in Canva’s CMS, following established templates, approvals, and regional requirements.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to flag missing information, inconsistencies, or readiness risks, ensuring issues are resolved prior to production handoff.
Perform quality control checks on all assets prior to dispatch
including validating resolution, file formats, dimensions, and technical specifications
to ensure assets meet channel and platform requirements.
Support accurate reporting on asset volumes and turnaround times by maintaining tracking sheets and flagging delays or inconsistencies to senior team members.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital campaign support, ad operations, content operations, or creative production environments.
You’re highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows while maintaining accuracy.
You have hands-on exposure to platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, or similar digital ad tools.
You’re comfortable working across asset management systems, tracking sheets, and structured naming and metadata processes.
You understand file formats and platform specifications, and you take pride in performing thorough QA checks before assets go live.
You communicate clearly and confidently, flagging risks early and working closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
You enjoy collaborating with producers, marketers, and creatives, and you’re motivated to deliver strong results as a team.
You’re tech-curious and eager to continue learning, especially in content operations, DAM/MAM systems, and CMS workflows.
