About this role

You support our department in all areas of day-to-day operations, especially with administrative tasks.
You are responsible for reviewing and coding receipts, invoices and credit card statements.
You maintain production cost spreadsheets, create personnel requisitions and manage petty cash.
Organising the production office is part of your responsibilities (e.g., filing, purchases for shoots).
You handle travel coordination and related bookings for the team and project contributors.

You are a registered student, ideally studying media or business-related subjects.
You have an interest in the business of social media, content and advertising productions.
You are highly organised.
You work independently and conscientiously.
You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills.
