Requirements
7-8 years of product management and/or agile business analysis experience in digital services or business
Knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, software development lifecycles and associated processes
Proficient in the use of requirements capturing toolsets e.g. JIRA and Confluence
Working with Agile approaches such as Scrum
A track record of client facing consulting engagements or similar roles within industry
Familiarity with customer experience management platforms, such as Salesforce
