- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery
- Participate in technical studies, impact analyses, and solution design
- Provide expertise to solve technical issues and optimize performance
- Work closely with developers to ensure compliance with architecture standards
- Guarantee the consistency, maintainability, and scalability of the solution
- Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and quality control
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer
- Strong expertise in application architecture and software design
- Excellent command of development best practices and technical standards
- Ability to support and mentor technical teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- English proficiency required; French is an asset.
