The Key Account Manager is responsible for the management and development of identified accounts.
He/She is the day-to-day contact for the customer and is responsible for customer targets for his/her area.
The role is tasked to contribute to the growth of Chain Accounts.
Requirements
Manage territory and account profitability by measuring and managing customer contribution by achieving monthly and annual target and profitability targets.
Develop and execute clear and concise annual account plan based on account’s strategy and direction/ business need based on Chains & QSR business priorities.
Win & retain profitable business with chain customers by understanding the Chains business model and success factors.
Lead demand creation via strategic concept & idea creation and marketing trends presentation.
Co-Develop with Marketing activity for differentiation.
Deliver KPI’s for chain accounts local operations by managing and achieving scorecard target requirement of each accounts.
Negotiate business terms, price increase, forecast etc in each customer to reach the most effective conditions for Unilever.
Control and manage assigned budgets for selling support in line with Unilever policies and strategy.
Regular work with and coordination with Marketing, BEx, Culinary, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to ensure that agreed plans and activities are implemented on time.
Lead projects and ensure timely completion.
Obtain and feedback information (within Unilever policies) about competitors and their activities in the market.
