Role Overview
- Provides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments
- Monitors and coordinates the execution of the various projects related to client contracted agreements
- Apply project management skills to handle a variety of projects with different sizes and complexities
- Work in collaboration with various stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain master project budgets and schedules
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects across building types preferred
- Ability to travel (locally, regionally, and nationally) 30% of the time
