About this role
Role Overview
- Proactively sourcing and securing new fleet opportunities
- Targeting large commercial, SME, and government prospects
- Building long-term B2B relationships
- Managing the full sales cycle — prospecting through to delivery
- Working closely with dealership leadership and OEM stakeholders
- Driving volume, margin and long-term growth in the BYD fleet space
Requirements
- Proven fleet sales experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong B2B sales background
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business
- Commercially savvy and numbers-driven
- High energy, self-motivated and resilient
- Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers
- Passion or interest in EV and emerging automotive tech
