You are the link between our customers and the regional management
As the on-site point of contact, you support parking users and our clients
You are responsible for internal audit and quality assurance
You check compliance with posted parking regulations
You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
On site you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumable supplies in the stores, refilling them as needed
You support new employees during their onboarding

Driver’s license (Class B)
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday in shifts, 40 hours per week
Good command of German
High affinity for smartphones
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
Strong communication skills, contact-oriented and team player
Relevant experience, e.g. as a security guard, in security services, as a specialist for protection and security, or in airport/retail/freight/logistics sectors; experience as a parcel courier, delivery driver, service staff or driver
