About this role
Role Overview
Review and approve warranty/campaign claims submitted by distributors
Handle reclaim warranty expense from all local suppliers
Prepare executive reports summarizing approved claims
Serve as liaison between HMMA and distributors regarding field claim information
Analyze claim data and make necessary input/actions
Review all financial information and reconcile accordingly
Maintain HMMA Warranty Policy and Procedure manual and Warranty and Service agreements
Process warranty claims for chargeback to all local suppliers
Negotiate cost-sharing ratios and other related issues with suppliers
Discuss test/analysis results with suppliers and recommend necessary corrective actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
0 – 10 years of job-related experience preferred
3 – 5 years experience with data analysis desired
Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills desired
SAP desired
Technical knowledge of vehicle systems desired
