Role Overview
- Transforms Sedgwick’s existing digital platforms into intuitive, click-through experiences.
- Builds functional, code-free prototypes that demonstrate product capabilities.
- Structures prototypes so that user flows feel natural and complete.
- Collects, cleans, formats, and loads demo data into Axure prototypes.
- Designs and simulates complex, data-driven use cases.
- Builds adaptive layouts that scale across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Conducts informal reviews and walkthroughs with internal stakeholders.
- Partners with product management, presales/sales, and creative/UX.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Four (4) years of relevant industry experience.
- At least one (1) year of Axure RP experience.
- Experience simulating complex, data-driven scenarios preferred.
- Excellent Interaction design skills.
- Experience creating and testing interactive prototypes.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers and non-design stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with HTML and front-end development practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2).
- Fluent in common design software (e.g., Axure, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
