mentioned region
Management of minimal downtime on all Haemonetics systems, through effective training of site personnel and quick problem investigations
Organization, coordination and preparation of application trainings
Delivery of application training to site personnel to effectively use the medical equipment installed
Coordination and delivery of technical training for customer personnel, as well as Haemonetics’ employees
Development of strong partnerships with prospective customers by organizing product demo as well as with existing Haemonetics’ customers by constantly promoting our products
Requirements
Degree in technical engineering or technical education with sound technical knowledge or proven experience
At least 4 years of experience in a Field Service position or medical device environment or a similar role
Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments.
Technical aptitude to understand, train customers and users on products
Excellent mastery of English
Flexibility to travel and willingness to overnight
Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
