Contribute to storyboards, motion tests, and mood references to communicate ideas and support client feedback cycles
Stay ahead of emerging animation trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh thinking into the team’s workflow
Produce tonally accurate, visually consistent animations across formats including social, digital media, banners, and retail AV
Interpret and solve complex visual briefs while upholding brand guidelines and creative integrity
Act as a go to expert for animation projects, maintaining clear and constructive communication with stakeholders
Support the recruitment of new animators by reviewing portfolios, interviewing candidates, and contributing to hiring decisions

Strong motion design craft with deep proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and core Creative Suite tools
Bonus skills in C4D/3D and UI animation, though not essential
Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaboratively
