Role Overview
- Install, configure, and maintain the Nexthink platform
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
- Analyze data collected from endpoints to identify trends and issues
- Provide technical support for end users and IT staff
- Design and implement campaigns, surveys, and notifications to engage end users
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering
- Proficiency in Nexthink and cloud technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field OR equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be fluent in English.
