About this role

Analyze large and complex codebases to identify testing needs, edge cases and coverage gaps
Use AI tools/models to generate test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation
Review, validate and refine AI generated test cases / scripts for correctness, maintainability and Robustness
Apply advanced prompt engineering and context-setting techniques along with feedback loops
Establish guidelines and best practices for safe and effective use of AI in software testing
Design, develop and maintain automated test suites
Troubleshoot, debug and optimize both test automation pipelines and underlying code issues
Set-up and manage on-premise AI model deployments and related tooling to support code-analysis and test generation workflows
Integrate AI-assisted testing workflows seamlessly into existing CI/CD pipelines

6 to 8 years of experience
1 year in AI Assisted test engineering
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Open AI models, CodeWhispere, or similar
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, PlayWright or similar
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins or similar)
Knowledge of AI models and test generation workflows
