About this role
Role Overview
Nurturing and growing our network of referral partners across England and Wales.
Executing our partnerships strategy to acquire new clients and increase partnership sourced revenue.
Key relationship manager for our strategic partners ensuring their clients' legal needs are well looked after.
Building long-lasting relationships with industry stakeholders, managing their engagement, and reporting on partner initiatives results.
Growing our partner network to maintain a flow of inbound partner sourced referral leads.
Providing product and industry training to our partners' internal teams for high quality leads and strong conversions.
Working alongside LegalVision's Growth leaders to maximize performance and exceed KPIs.
Requirements
Strong B2B sales or partnerships experience (preferably 3+ years).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently.
Experience working with a business where SMEs are the end customer.
A self-starter and organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Commercially minded and growth focused.
A relationship builder with experience in developing partner programs.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrives under pressure.
