Responsible for achieving sales targets and support for specified healthcare territory by:
providing clinical education and guidance to clinicians on the effective use and benefits of Solventum products.
engaging with new and existing accounts to expand awareness and appropriate utilisation of solutions within the Negative Pressure/Wound Care pillar.
Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives
Identifies opportunities via gap analysis, using monthly sales report in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings
Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum
Carries out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), or science related field
Sales experience within medical devices or consumables
preferred.

Strong relationship skills
Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks.
Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
Experience in Operating theatres
Experience and or knowledge of Acute Care Sector, Operating Theatres and/or Wound Care.
