Role Overview
Provide administrative support to the Directorate of Occupational Safety, Prevention and Workplace Compliance
Coordinate requests and complaints related to workplace safety issues
Send case report forms within prescribed timeframes
Ensure records are complete and include all relevant documentation
Requirements
One year post-secondary certificate in Human Resources or a related field
At least three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in human resources
Knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or the ability and aptitude to learn the relevant sections of each
Experience working with datasets and conducting analysis (Excel)
Proficiency with SharePoint (libraries, lists and document sets)
