Administer and own core business platforms, including Office 365, OneLogin, Monday.com, and Atera.
Design, implement, and own the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including the automation of employee onboarding and offboarding workflows.
Lead infrastructure projects, such as SaaS implementations and platform migrations.
Implement and manage AIOps (AI for IT Operations) tools for predictive monitoring, intelligent alerting, and root cause analysis to proactively address system issues.
Provide Tier-3 technical support and act as a mentor and escalation point for other administrators, including backfill support for Tier-1 as needed.
Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Systems Administration
Expert-level knowledge of both Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Identity Provider (IdP) platforms like OneLogin or Okta
Strong experience with MDMs such as Jamf and Intune (or any) solid understanding of core internet and web technologies (DNS, HTTP/S, SSL, CDNs).
Advantageous Experience/Skills:
Experience with AIOps platforms and leveraging AI for IT process automation relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert)
General understanding of DevOps principles and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience with automation solutions (e.g., Workato, tray.io, n8n).
