Lead on the planning, coordination, and delivery the Priority Impact Plan across the SEND Local Area Partnership.
Work collaboratively with colleagues from the whole partnership to ensure actions are completed and are impactful for children and young people with SEND.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and support the reporting of outcomes to all stakeholders.
Support collation of evidence and preparation for our SEND Local Area Re-inspection in 2027.
Requirements
Educated to degree level standard (including HND, professional/enhanced skill qualification) or equivalent or demonstrable work-related experience in appropriate areas.
Experience in responding to quickly changing priorities and competing deadlines.
Experience of problem solving, being innovate and creative in terms of designing and implementing solutions.
Positive track record of motivating and influencing colleagues and others.
Experience of working across multiple departments/organisations and dealing tactfully and persuasively with complex and sensitive matters.
Has proven experience in project management within education and/or SEND.
Possesses excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Can work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
