About this role

Responsible for the overall management of one $75MM + project or multiple construction projects
Facilitate customer and team meetings, ensuring detailed meeting minutes
Monitor project financial performance and manage budgets
Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project master schedules
Implement risk management plans and safety programs on-site
Develop relationship management plans for customers and subcontractors
Ensure team member development and support for company's vision and values

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training
Minimum of five consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects
Minimum of three years’ experience managing all disciplines for design/build projects or hard bid projects
Knowledgeable in all contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, and fee-based construction
Knowledgeable in technical aspects of engineering and design disciplines
Experience managing large complex projects and proposal teams
Able to mentor and train other project staff
