About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage hydrogeologic investigations, recharge, and water supply projects across Northern California and the U.S.
Serve as Technical Lead or Project Manager for groundwater projects including production, monitoring, injection well programs, groundwater analysis, modeling, aquifer testing, and hydrogeologic interpretation.
Oversee well siting, design, drilling, testing, and well construction projects.
Develop and maintain relationships and support business development activities internally and with external clients.
Contribute to proposal development including scope definition, cost estimating, and technical approaches.
Mentor junior and mid-level staff and provide technical review of deliverables.
Interface with regulatory agencies (e.g., RWQCB, DDW, EPA, GSAs)
Requirements
BS or MS in Hydrogeology, Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional hydrogeology experience, with significant Northern California project experience.
Demonstrated experience with:
Production, monitoring, and/or injection well design and construction.
Aquifer testing.
Groundwater data analysis and/or modeling.
Regulatory permitting compliance and agency coordination Northern California
Proven ability to support or lead business development efforts and client engagement.
California PG required.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Professional Geologist (PG) license
