As part of Fidelity’s dynamic work model, you will have a flexible hybrid work schedule.
You will provide first-class customer service to investment advisors, their administrative support teams, and investors in our inbound call centre.
You will work directly with advisors to provide the support they need to inform their clients and plan short
and long-term investment strategies.
You will represent Fidelity by handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and, when appropriate, promptly connecting clients with the right internal associate.
Requirements
College diploma (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English is required
