Respond to requests for proposals in accordance with the team’s service level standards and best practices.
Provide support for consultant databases.
Accurately and timely enter Fidelity data into consultant databases.
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports for institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners as well as partners located outside Canada.
Maintain a strong knowledge of institutional products.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
Experience handling requests for proposals and familiarity with databases.
University degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Working toward the CFA designation.
