About this role

Develop, implement, and support collaboration services and solutions for consulting clients
Build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop specifications
Work as a leader and contributor with the HBS Mitel team
Collaborate across multiple internal teams for successful delivery
Research new products and enhance configuration standards
Provide senior-level support and maintenance for customer networks
Create and maintain documentation of past projects
Stay current on new products and solutions through resources

3+ years in a technical related field
3-5 years in a technical related field preferred
Experience working as a consultant
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Installing and supporting Mitel solutions MiVoice Office 250, MiVoice Business, or MiVoice Connect
Certification in one of the above Mitel UC platforms
Strong VoIP troubleshooting skills
Experience deploying VoIP Protocols – SIP, QoS, G711/G729
