About this role
Role Overview
Work with Compliance Specialist on compilation of documentation required for country registration
Work with suppliers to ensure documentation and product requirements are met for international market entry
Assist with organizing and updating trackers for all in-process regulatory projects
Assist with tracking product registrations when approval from governing authorities has been received
Help develop and maintain a regulatory database
Assist with label quarantine requests to Contract Manufacturers and all necessary follow-ups to ensure compliance and record maintenance
Assist with the release of printed packaging materials to contract manufacturers
Review internal documents for consistency and accuracy
2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position
Requirements
Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from a fully accredited College/University with concentration in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Science, Biology or similar field
A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills required
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
