- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Identify and manage corporate risks
- Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of corporate governance practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit processes
- Identify and monitor organizational risks
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal compliance policies
- Prepare and present governance, risk, and compliance reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance-related areas
- Knowledge of data protection legislation (e.g., LGPD — Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
- Knowledge of SOX, FCPA and other regulatory frameworks
- Experience in internal auditing and preparing risk reports
