Act as the main, day-to-day contact for clients in your book
Prepare Applications and other documents required for a submission
Perform Contract reviews for insurance requirements compliance
Prepare Certificates of Insurance, Invoices, and Finance Agreements
Process Endorsements, Audits
Analyze and compare current exposures to develop renewal or new business specifications for marketing
Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy
Review and summarize marketing results and prepare proposals
Monitor and manage the renewal marketing and bind process
Check binders, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
Participate in the claims process

5+ years of experience in account management or client services
Active P&C license
Expertise in coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes
Experience managing multi & complex lines of business, international exposure, and specialty lines
Education degree preferred but not required
Insurance designation preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong math skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
