Prepare technical documents in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Research, compile and document vehicle data.
Enter researched data from external systems into internal software.
Provide technical support to our workshop customers via the technical hotline.
Independently ensure data quality by maintaining, updating and verifying existing data.

Strong knowledge of passenger car technology and/or heavy commercial vehicle technology; ideally completed apprenticeship in automotive mechatronics plus several years’ experience as a mechatronics technician.
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable with IT.
Structured, careful, focused and quality-conscious working style.
Committed, motivated personality with good teamworking skills.
Ability to work independently and flexibly.
Fluency in German (min. B2); basic knowledge of English.
