Support one or more Investment Advisors (IAs) and IA Team with day-to-day administration
Manage and grow client relationships through service delivery
Coordinate marketing activities on behalf of the advisory team
Assist the advisory team in preparing for client meetings
Handle clients’ day-to-day requests and inquiries
Generate reports and documents for IAs and clients
Maintain and organize client database and files
Ensure transactions and tasks are appropriately assigned and completed
Support team members on technology issues

Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable
Knowledge of wealth management company and branch operations is an asset
Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional products is an asset
Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning and investment industry
Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook exam within 18 months from date of hire
Successful completion of 30-day BMO NB Investment Representative Licensing Program
